DaNaNaNaaaa! So here is the like-like with a stick ( <- winner of most creative yet some what accurate guess. xD) Ok its the Poe Collector (merchant, dealer, salesman....) I really gotta hand it to my friend on this one. It became a collaboration. I sewed everything and he did all the airbrush work on the tatters, sponge paint on the purple shawl thing, and made the stick, as well as be the wearer. I am proud of him. He's getting more into cosplay. xD Any questions, please ask.

how did you do the belt?

The belt is all made of fabric. I cut out the designs and layered them on top in place. They are held in place with a zig-zag stich that is outlining all the way around. I sewed the belt onto the robe from preference of the wearer. I hope that makes sense, sorry if it didn't.
